When Will My Order Ship?
Monday thru Friday, Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed by our order fulfillment system before you request its status.
Saturday or Sunday, Your order will be processed the next busines day by our order fulfillment system before you request its status.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your in-stock item(s) to ship from our warehouse from the time we receive your completed order.

to the cart?
If the page simply keeps reloading
itself and nothing happens,
that means that we currently
do not have that item in stock.
Our shopping cart utilizes
a Pop-Up Window notification
if the item is out of stock.
The newest browsers and
software designed to stop Pop-Up
windows unfortunately blocks
a necessary part of our system.
We are currently working on
a solution to this problem
of the Pop-Up Window getting
blocked, in the meantime, please
email us what parts you were
trying to order and we will
gladly work with you to get
your items in a timely manner.
Within your email please include
your contact information, a
brief description of the items
you are trying to purchase
and we will respond ASAP.

After entering all
of my billing information,
there is no "continue" or "checkout" button
to click on. How do I complete
my order?
After choosing a shipping
carrier, you must then choose
a shipping "method" underneath.
Ex: Parcel Post, Priority...If
you do not do this, the continue
button will not come up, and
the order can not be completed.
After entering all
of my billing and shipping
information, I get an "AVS
Error Message". What
does this mean?
AVS Error Message stands for
Address Verification System.
This means there is a discrepancy
in the information that you
entered into our "billing
information" and the way
that your credit card is actually
billed. This information must
match your credit card billing
information exactly, or your
transaction will not go through.
(This is for YOUR protection,
as well as ours.)
If you continue to experience
this problem after you have
rechecked you information.
Please email
us and we will help you
with your order.
