We can restore your parts for you or we can sell you our restored parts. Sending us your parts for restoration is the more economical way to go but you will have to package and ship your parts to us. We can refinish them and get them back to you in 2 to 4 weeks. We will send them sooner if we can!

Our process for restoring parts begins with cleaning then sanding the part. We can repair damage for an additional fee. Our shop rate for body damage repair is $45.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. If the damage is too severe for us to repair we will call or email you immediately before we proceed.

Here’s what happens next:

• At this stage if the part is a fuel tank we flush the tank and then seal it with POR-15 Fuel Tank Sealer so it will never rust thru.
  
• We prime the surface to be painted with a modern epoxy primer.
  
• We then apply a base coat if the final color is to be Candy Glory Red or Altair White.
  
• Next we paint the part with Color Rite matching paint. We have been using this paint for the last 1-1/2 years with great success and are pleased to say that the end result will match the original color.
  
• If the part requires decals they are applied at this stage. Honda ran out of CBX decals years ago so we have had all the CBX decals reproduced on modern decal material. These decals are much less likely to fade and crack than the originals and you will not be able to tell the difference between our decal reproductions and the originals!
  
• Finally we apply several coats of clearcoat to protect the decals and paint and we buff the part to perfection.
  
• If the part is a side stand or battery box we sandblast the part first and then paint it with POR-15 Rust Preventative Paint. Side and center stands then get a coat of POR-15 Hard Nose Paint for extra durability.
