Riding Rules |
These rules pertain to our
CBX Rally Rides. For more
information on how and where
you can partake in a Rally,
please email
us. Check
out some of our previous
Rallys.
1. No
Passing. Do it with your
buddy when its you and him.
Never in a group ride!
2. Don't ride faster
than you are comfortable. This is a
ride not a race.
3. Don't feel that
you have to catch up. We'll wait at
intersections so you won't get lost.
4. Ride in a staggered
riding pattern.
5. Never
ride directly behind the
rider in front of you.
6. Stay
two seconds behind the rider
in front of you.
7. Don't
crowd the rider in front
of you.
8. We will be stopping
every hour or so for brief breaks.
Do expect stops.
9. "Our riding
style for corners will be ""In
slow and Out fast"". Be prepared." Be
alert for the slowdowns in advance
of turns.
10. Read the road
surface. "Pay attention to dampness,
gravel and changes in type of surface."
11. Obey traffic signs
and signals. Don't cruise thru stop
signs. Its an easy ticket.
12. Take responsibility
for the rider behind you. If he stops
you stop also. That will halt the
ride until the problem is resolved.
With this in mind don't stop unless
you are having an emergency of some
kind.
